Our training hours are 4:30 AM to 9:00 PM Monday to Friday and 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM Saturdays.

Between the hours of 10a.m. and 2p.m. Monday through Friday, you may reach us at our Scotia Place office at 423-5966. Outside of those hours, please leave a message at 431-1509 and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Phone messages and e-mails left during the weekend will be returned Monday morning.
