City of Edmonton, County of Strathcona and all other publically owned facilities in and around Edmonton:

 If you are a member of any of these gyms and would like to hire the services of a Fit 'N' Well Personal Trainer, we will come to see you in your gym. Also, if you are a member of a private gym, but there is a public facility in the proximity of the gym that you train out of, although we may not be allowed to train you in the private gym, we can train you once a month or once a week (or what ever you like) in the public facility and you can then take your program to the private gym where you have your membership.

SHERWOOD PARK

 In Sherwood Park, we train people at Millenium Place, Glen Allen Recreation Centre and various homes and businesses throughout the Park.

ST. ALBERT

 In St. Albert,  we train people at  various homes and businesses throughout the city.

SPRUCE GROVE AND STONY PLAIN

 In Spruce Grove and Stony Plain we train people out of homes and businesses throughout the city and area east of the city..
