Good Morning Greg !
I would like to thank you
for setting me up with Pearl
as my trainer. She is doing
an awesome job of keeping me
focused on my goals. I have
a long way to go before I am
where I want to be, but I am
sure that with her
dedication to my goals I
will be able to reach them.
The first month was tough
and I was not very happy
with my results but Pearl
assured me that I did great
and that the best months
were still to come. Her
motivation and commitment to
my goals make it a whole lot
easier for me to stay
focused. In the end it is me
that has to want it and she
sure makes me feel like I
can do it. She sure doesn't
look like someone who could
be so tough but believe me,
looks are deceiving. She
makes the workouts fun and
we do a lot of laughing,
which for me it makes the
time even more enjoyable and
makes me want to work
harder, as it is not so
serious but the results are
the same.
Thanks again,
Rod Carter

"Hi Greg
Just also wanted you to know that Tonia has been doing an
excellent job. I very much appreciate her in-depth knowledge about kinesiology,
I have been improving without knee pain.
Having used a trainer in the past who did not have the
qualifications and the experiencing injuries that
resulted - just sore knees and muscle pulls (but had I continued I think it
could have been worse), I very much appreciate how important sound knowledge is.

"I had been to several gyms/diets in the past 15 years, but
had always fallen off the wagon after I had finished. This time, I knew that
I needed to get healthy, strong and lose a large amount of weight for the
final time. I knew I would need a lot of 1:1 to do it. I investigated
several personal trainer options at various clubs/gyms however; several of
the trainers I had talked to had taken a few course here and there, or
“worked out for 15 years and knew what I needed”. I knew I needed someone
who could understand my needs and personality as well as someone who was
post secondary trained.
I was drawn to Fit n Well due to their Mission Statement:
“Teaching people how to achieve their fitness goals in a fun and healthy
manner”. I thought using squash for the cardio portion was brilliant. I
was assigned Danica as my trainer. I was very hesitant at first as past bad
memories of jr. high gym class kept rolling around in my mind and I didn’t
know how it would work out.
Danica is wonderful. I have been working out with her for 4
months. She listens, cares, and finds a way to get me through my workout
when I am feeling like giving up. What amazes me is that she is able to get
me to do what I need to in a way that compliments my strong personality. I
find myself laughing and actually feeling good during and after my session
with her. She is a great trainer who can adapt exercises for my specific
needs and I have seen great improvement in many different areas."

"I train with Fit 'N' Well once a week and exercise 3 times a week on
my own. My personal training experience with Fit ‘N’ Well has been excellent.
The difference since I started with you guys as opposed to training by my
self is amazing. My trainer does a very good job
of keeping me motivated and interested in what I am doing and what is coming
up in the program."

"I
have been working with my Fit 'N' Well trainer for the past four weeks and feel great! Before
coming to Fit and Well, I was VERY apprehensive about going to the gym and
working out. I have a lot of weight to lose and was scared I would feel
uncomfortable. Since I have started working out I have noticed that I have
more energy and am gaining more and more self confidence. I have also started to
incorporate exercise into my daily life, not just on work-out days. Fit 'N' Well
has helped me to discover healthy eating and different food choices that I would
not have thought of before. I have been working out twice a
week and feel very comfortable and supported in my journey to self discovery!"

"My wife &
myself have been seeing Lindsey for the past 7 months. It's been simply
awesome. My wife has lost 35 Lbs & I have lost 33 Lbs plus we gained muscle
mass. To loose weight while still gaining muscle mass is amazing. Having
Lindsey work with us has been the best investment we have ever made."
Richard Poulin
Edmonton
"I have been training with Lindsay
for just one month now, and already I have noticed quite the difference. Lindsay
takes the time to review your current situation and your goals then sets out a
fitness plan tailored to fit your needs. She also takes the time throughout the
week to check up on how you're feeling. The service I received was much more
than I had imagined....
Throughout my training with Lindsay, I do
have to admit, their were some days I did not want to go to the gym, but once I
got there, Lindsay's energy and enthusiasm rubbed off on me and I felt I could
achieve anything. Training with her, I have gained knowledge on how the body
works, nutrition and motivation to reach my goal."
"She has been a wonderful
inspiration!
"
Natalie Poulin
"Lindsay is just wonderful and both my husband and myself enjoy her very
much. She is very professional, amicable, prompt, and knows just when to push
and when to back off. In fact, I think you should probably give her a raise
(without raising our fees, of course-haha) take her out for lunch. She is a
great ambassador for your business. Thanks for hooking us up with her!"
Linda Wells
"I train with Lindsay twice a
week. Lindsay is an excellent personal trainer.
She is very professional, knowledgeable, encouraging and fun.
Lindsay has tailored the program directly to my goals. I have noticed
improvements in overall fitness from when I started last month. Moreover, I
really appreciate the functional approach to fitness as it's giving me a bank of
exercises that are more fun and challenging than my more traditional approach to
exercising. As a result, I feel that I will continue to improve muscular
strength/endurance, core strength /endurance and overall balance in addition to
cardio fitness. Working with Lindsay gives me a greater focus on achieving my
goals by keeping me accountable and motivated."
Jennifer Wallace
Hi Greg
I just wanted to send you this email to say how really
pleased I am with the personal training provided to me.
I have been training for nearly 3 weeks now and am
already seeing massive improvements in my overall
fitness. I can actually see the light at the end
of the tunnel now in passing the fitness test for my new
career. My Fit 'N' Well trainer is a pleasure to
train with and even though I am hurting like hell he
still pushes me further and makes it all fun - never
thought I would say that about training for a fitness
test. I can say with confidence that I will be
recommending Fit n
Well to everyone I speak to.
Thanks once again,
Kellie Green
