Included with your training package you will receive a goal setting/exercise journal. You will use this tool to keep track of your workouts and your progress.
People often ask how often they should see their trainer. It is entirely up to you. We see some people a couple times to start, then once a week after the first couple weeks. Others aren't as motivated to work out on their own or may need extra motivation to reach a particular goal more quickly and we may see them 3-5 times per week. Still others may see us once every four, six or eight weeks just to change their program. It is entirely up to you.
Programs change every 4, 6 or 8 weeks depending upon the phase of the program and the needs of the individual.
