exercise sessions as your personal time. Your sessions have nothing to do with
your kids, your husband, wife or significant other or nagging friend or family
member, boss or co-workers. Your session is just for you and should be designed
according to your specific personal needs and goals.

your shoes. That is why we offer you a free consultation. It gives us a chance
to get to know you, to listen to what your needs and goals are and to design a
work out schedule and program that will suit those needs and goals to the best
of our abilities.
believe in getting results in a fun way. We believe in exercising in the river
valley on a nice day, in teaching people how to get involved in sports that suit
their lifestyle. We believe that exercise should be enjoyable, fun, recreational
and even social. We will use treadmills and exercise bikes as tools during your
work outs, however; we won’t hook a heart rate monitor up to you and have you
exercising exactly in some ideal hypothetical "target heart rate zone". We think
that takes all of the fun out of exercise. It's no wonder people have a hard
time sticking to an exercise program if that is what they are exposed to. If you
need that sort of attention we would suggest a clinic.
believe in results, but more importantly, we believe in "healthy results". We
believe in teaching people how to maximize their workouts to get great results.
Great results however must not come at the expense of a person's health. In
keeping with this belief, we stay away from contraindicated exercises, dangerous
diets and questionable supplements.
