Each 30-minute session is $31.50. After the 12th session in any calendar month, the 13th session is free.
After 20 sessions in any calendar month, the next two sessions are free.

*Power half hour sessions superset weight exercises so your heart rate remains elevated for most of the session. It is great for people who don't have much time to work out. Many executives at both the Scotia Place and the EPCOR Tower Fitness Centre purchase 30 minute sessions so they can get a quick work out in, shower, eat lunch and be back in their desk within the hour.
*Note, these sessions are only available at the Scotia Place Fitness Centre, the EPCOR Tower Fitness Centre and the Terrace Fitness and Racquet Club and are based on trainer availability.
